There Fondation Dynastie is delighted to welcome four exceptional new members to its Board of Directors . With diverse, enriching, and complementary professional backgrounds, they will act as strong allies in assisting and advising senior management on achieving the organization's objectives. Dédy Bilamba, Director ; Widney Bonfils, Director ; Magalie Boutin, Secretary ; and Alexandra Jeanty, Director , join the current Board members, including Margaret Archer . President, Mo Bellus , Vice-President, Cyrille Ekwalla, Administrator, Chilandre Patry , Administrator, Stendolph Ismael , Treasurer and Carla Beauvais in the general management.

A few words about these new recruits

Dédy Bilamba : Author, communications and marketing specialist, large-scale project manager, and passionate about media and cultural creation, Dédy possesses extensive professional experience across three continents (Africa, Europe, and North America), enabling him to analyze local issues from an international perspective. He currently serves as Director of Programming for the Quebec chapter of the Canadian Television Academy, where he is responsible for promoting diversity within the Quebec audiovisual industry.

Widney Bonfils : Director of A&R (artists and repertoire) for Universal Music Canada and Chair of the Advisory Board of Advance Music Canada, Widney also possesses extensive expertise in sales, marketing, and the IT industry. His broad experience in the music industry will allow us to refine our understanding of the avenues to explore to improve the development of Black artists in this field.

Magalie Boutin : Head of Media Relations and Co-Director of the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Department at the National Film Board of Canada, Magalie is a force of nature in the world of communications. Her know-how, her ability to mobilize through effective strategies, and her expertise will help us promote our organization's mission to reach the widest possible audience.

Alexandra Jeanty : With over 20 years of experience as a manager, Alexandra also specializes in developing effective philanthropy strategies. As Director of Special Gifts at the University of Montreal's Alumni and Donors Network, she manages donations of $1 million and more. Her expertise is a key asset for the Foundation, which is actively seeking to develop its philanthropic activities—a crucial step to ensuring its long-term sustainability.
