Montreal, September 9, 2025 - Launched by the Fondation Dynastie In collaboration with Musicaction, the Echo Musique program wouldn't be what it is without the strength and expertise of those who bring it to life. For this first edition, we've assembled a solid team of experts who have been active in the music industry for several years.
From copyright and music production to marketing, stage performance, and funding strategies, each module is led by passionate professionals with extensive industry experience. Their mission? To equip, stimulate, inspire, and support promoters in bringing their musical projects to fruition.
Amélie Tintin, international cultural development strategist
Lead escort
A woman of projects and culture, Amélie will be at the heart of the support throughout the program. With her sensitivity, her expertise in cultural development and her deep understanding of artistic realities, she serves as a guide for the cohort through the different stages of the journey.
Pomeline Delgado, Executive Director of Indie Montreal
Pomeline Delgado is the Executive Director of Indie Montréal, which has been supporting businesses, non-profit organizations, and artists for over 10 years. She promotes a wide variety of artists across several musical genres and values the connection between communities and regions, without geographical limitations. Her core expertise lies in booking and management, while also encompassing business development, press relations, consulting, and grant applications.
Interactive Module : Cultural Entrepreneurship
Pomeline will lead this module designed to explore the foundations of cultural entrepreneurship while examining her role as an artist-entrepreneur. The goal is to learn to think of her project as a business without diluting her artistic vision.
Carlos Munoz, president of Joy Ride Records
Carlos “Los” Munoz, a Montreal-based producer and entrepreneur, has over 20 years of experience in music production and artist management. Co-founder and director of Joy Ride Records, he has launched the careers of major French hip-hop artists such as Loud, Rymz, and White-B, and managed over 1,250 concerts in a dozen countries. The label has received Félix and Juno awards, certifications, and SOCAN awards. Today, Carlos also runs Joy Ride Latino, dedicated to the Latin music scene, featuring artists such as Cruzito, Mariana Gueza, and Chilldeiv.

Aicha Tohry, lawyer
Aicha Tohry is a lawyer specializing in creative industries law, advising clients in the entertainment, marketing, and information technology sectors. A member of the Quebec and Ontario bars, she teaches entertainment law at the University of Montreal and oversees the intellectual property division of the Legal Clinic. She also publishes books and regularly speaks at conferences on copyright law, influencer marketing, and arts law.

Mr. Tohry will lead this module to enable the promotion to understand the essential legal foundations for protecting their work: copyright, intellectual property, contracts and reflexes to adopt to secure their artistic journey.
Ansfrid Tchetchenigbo, cultural manager
Ansfrid Tchetchenigbo is a committed member of Montreal's cultural scene and has been supporting artists and organizations in developing their projects for several years. A former music advisor at the Conseil des arts de Montréal, he is a cultural funding consultant and an expert in grant strategies and the resources available to artists. Passionate about Black Atlantic history and Afro-descendant cultures, he is also the founder of Impressions, a pop-up bookstore showcasing these works, and has collaborated with numerous cultural organizations.

Ansfrid will lead this module to help the promotion navigate the world of grant applications and revenue streams, sharing her expertise and concrete tools to structure the funding of their artistic projects.
Rama Sow, founder of The Study
Rama Sow is a data scientist with a passion for culture and the founder of The Study and Le Déli, a platform that helps brands, athletes, and artists optimize their strategies using data. A recent graduate with a master's degree in business intelligence from HEC Montréal, she has also worked as a data science expert. at Cossette, where she provided strategic analysis to a diverse clientele.
Animated module: Branding & marketing. Rama will lead this module to guide participants in developing their brand image, communicating in a way that is consistent with their artistic proposition, and developing an effective marketing strategy without compromising their identity.
Koudjo, cultural entrepreneur
Koudjo is a composer, producer, and record label renowned for his collaborations with major figures in rap and French-language music. With over 700,000 albums sold, four platinum records, and five gold records, he has worked with Youssoupha, Soprano, Naza, Jul, Rohff, Nekfeu, and many other prominent artists. Founder of PS23, a label co-published with Warner Chappell France, he is also the co-founder of Qcltur, a media outlet dedicated to promoting French-language culture.

Koudjo will lead this module to delve into the world of production, from artistic direction to casting, exploring each step that leads a project to maturity.
Olivier Laroche, stage coach and founder - Pimp Your Show Workshops
Olivier Laroche is a musician, presenter, and arts and communications consultant with 25 years of experience. A bassist and booking agent, he has worked with numerous artists and gained a comprehensive understanding of the needs of programmers and festivals. Founder of Pimp Your Show Workshops, he offers stage coaching and practical solutions to maximize the impact of performances, regardless of musical style.

Olivier will lead this module to optimize stage presence, work on live storytelling and visual and sound coherence in order to transform each performance into a memorable moment.
Sébastien Charest, rights manager
Sébastien Charest has worked in the Canadian music industry for 20 years. He has collaborated with MusiquePlus, GAMIQ, M for Montreal, and SPACQ, developing expertise in artist management and promotion. Now a self-employed professional, he assists artists, managers, and small businesses with directory submissions and management for collective management organizations.
Animated module: Music rights and royalties
Sébastien will lead this module to demystify neighboring rights, royalties and collective management societies, in order to better understand the revenues generated by a work.
Pierre-Paul Boisvert, President and CEO - PURCOM Enterprises Inc.
Pierre-Paul Boisvert has 25 years of experience in communications and entertainment, specializing in working with independent and emerging Francophone artists. The first Quebec cultural relations professional to earn the PRP designation, he has helped discover numerous talents and has been recognized by ADISQ, GAMIQ, and the GRAMMYs.
Animated module: Promotion, radio, broadcasting and press relations
Pierre-Paul will lead this module to convey strategies for promotion, radio placement, press relations and music distribution in order to maximize the visibility of artists.
Patrice Agboko, founder - PASA MUSIK
Patrice Agbokou is a musician and producer with over 20 years of experience in the cultural sector. Founder of PASA Musik, he supports emerging talent and promotes cultural diversity on local, national, and international stages. He builds bridges between cultures by championing projects that combine a strong sense of identity with a global perspective.
Animated module: Tour and show
Patrice will lead this module to share best practices in logistics, planning, budget management and relations with broadcasters in order to effectively prepare tours and shows.
