Launch of the Echo Music Program: Develop your project in the music industry!
There Fondation Dynastie Musicaction and Écho Musique are unveiling an innovative program designed to support emerging and mid-career professionals and entrepreneurs from Black communities in Quebec's music industry. This program aims to provide concrete opportunities for those who wish to develop their project/business and become involved in the music industry.
A unique program in Quebec
Echo Music is the only program in the state specifically dedicated to Black talent in the music industry. Over 15 sessions, participants will receive intensive training, strategic mentorship, and the opportunity to meet industry experts. Whether you're an artist/entrepreneur, manager, producer, or industry professional, this program will provide you with the tools to turn your passion into an entrepreneurial venture.
The program includes diverse modules.
Participants will receive training on essential topics such as artist development, funding and legal aspects of the music industry, career management, marketing, and music production. They will also have the opportunity to expand their network and gain visibility among industry professionals.

An enriching training program, a participatory experience
The program includes 10 key modules covering essential aspects of the music industry, such as cultural entrepreneurship, career management, financing, branding, music production, and much more. Participants will benefit from 15 in-person sessions, strategic mentoring, and online thematic modules to deepen their knowledge.
Throughout the program, they will also have the opportunity to participate in at least one major music industry event in Canada, allowing them to explore different facets of the industry and expand their network.
The program will take place from June 13, 2025 to June 4, 2026 in person at the offices of the Fondation Dynastie and concludes with a closing evening, during which participants will present their project to a panel of industry experts.
Who can participate? A diversity of talents
Écho Musique is aimed at emerging or mid-career professionals and entrepreneurs, aged 21 and over, from Black communities and residing in Quebec.
The program is designed for those who wish to advance their business project in the music industry, whether it is managing their own career or developing initiatives that promote the growth of artists.
Candidates must have significant experience in the industry (self-produced EPs, events, artist management) and a clear motivation to develop their professional project.
A program supported by experts
Echo Musique relies on renowned trainers and experts, such as established artists, managers, producers, and music industry specialists. These mentors will guide participants throughout the program, helping them structure their projects, negotiate contracts, and maximize their earnings.
