Head of Communications and Marketing

Bellande has over fifteen years of experience in the arts and corporate sectors. A natural leader, passionate and a team player, she has collaborated with organizations such as the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, the Montreal Symphony Orchestra, L'Oréal, L'Équipe Spectra, and many more. Her talents in philanthropy, marketing, public relations, and management are invaluable assets to our organization. We are delighted to have her on our team. Her cheerful disposition and straightforward manner always lead to productive strategic discussions and plenty of laughter! 

Tell us about your role at the Foundation? 

I am responsible for communication and marketing. I am in charge of proposing and implementing winning strategies that will promote the Foundation and its activities to ensure the success of its mission. 

What do you like best about your job? 

I'm fortunate to work with an excellent, high-quality team that is truly committed to the advancement and success of Black people in the cultural, media, and arts industries, and I find that very motivating. We dare to make a difference to better position the current generation and those of the future, and that's incredibly inspiring. 

What "superpower" would you like to have? 

Teleportation, I'd still be on a beach with my mango ;)

 passionate, charismatic and resilient;

I have too many, but Sade always makes me feel good.
