With a bachelor's degree in communication, politics, and society from the University of Quebec at Montreal (UQAM), Damarce Heshima's academic journey has enriched her understanding of social dynamics. Her quest for knowledge led her to pursue a master's degree in international law at the University of Montreal (UdeM). Her adventure at the Fondation Dynastie She began her involvement two years ago as a volunteer, and her passion for the organization's mission led her to accept the challenging role of Program and Outreach Assistant. Tell us about your role at the Foundation?

My position at the Fondation Dynastie This allows me to develop essential versatility. As a program assistant and outreach coordinator, I juggle various responsibilities. I am involved in the management and logistics of different programs, while also supervising the work of volunteers. Ah, the ultimate superpower I dream of having is being able to teleport anywhere with a snap of my fingers. Imagine, no more financial hassles with plane tickets and goodbye to delays! I could be wherever I want in an instant. It would be perfect for satisfying my wanderlust and, above all, avoiding always arriving at the last minute.
